The application serves as a comprehensive tool for accessing information about the Libraries of the University of São Paulo (USP) directly from your phone or tablet. Users can easily locate the nearest USP library using integrated maps, check operational hours, and obtain contact details including phone numbers and email addresses.

Additionally, the application allows users to explore available books and other materials within the library collections. Searches for publications can be conducted within the app itself. A standout feature is the ability to utilize your mobile device's camera to scan a document's barcode to determine its availability in any USP library.

The app also enables users to create reading lists, storing references for desired works. These lists can be exported via email or saved to cloud services like Google Drive or Dropbox. By logging in with their unique USP user credentials, users can access information on active loans, reservations, and facilitate renewals.

This application requires a mobile data connection or Wi-Fi access; users are advised to check with their service provider regarding potential costs. This initiative was developed by the Superintendência de Tecnologia da Informação (STI) in collaboration with the Agência de Bibliotecas e Coleções Digitais (ABCD) at USP.
